We connect consumers who request information with relevant licensed providers. We are not the contractor or installer. We collect and route inquiries (“leads”) to matching partners.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (e.g., precise geolocation, health, financial account numbers) through the Services. Do not submit such information through our forms.

- For advertising/retargeting, measurement, and optimization.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, debug, and improve the Services.

By submitting your contact information, you agree that we and our Service Providers may contact you via phone, SMS/MMS, email, and autodialed or prerecorded calls/texts about your inquiry, even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry. Message/data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time as described in Section 7.
6. Your Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA & Other States)
If you are a resident of California (or states with similar laws), you may have the right to:
- Know/Access: The categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
- Delete: Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct: Request correction of inaccurate information.

- Limit Use of Sensitive Info: Not applicable as we do not seek to collect sensitive personal information through our forms.

How to Exercise: Use our Opt-Out & Privacy Request page or email privacy@[yourdomain].com. We will verify your request (e.g., via email/SMS link or matching data points). You may also use an authorized agent; we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.
Appeal rights (where applicable, e.g., CO/CT/VA): If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision notice or emailing privacy@[yourdomain].com with “Appeal” in the subject.
7. Advertising, “Sale” & “Sharing” Opt-Outs
- Submit a request at /opt-out to opt out of “sale”/“sharing” and targeted advertising.
- Use platform/device controls (e.g., mobile ad settings) and industry tools (NAI/DAA opt-outs).
- Enable a recognized opt-out preference signal (Global Privacy Control). Where required, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of “sale”/“sharing” for that browser.
9. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes outlined above, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify information.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for individuals 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it.
12. Transfers
We may process and store information in the United States and other locations. By using the Services, you understand your information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
